Fairness is something we can all relate to. It is a basic and hardwired human need. Worldwide, there is also an expectation for workplaces to operate and treat people fairly. In this course, we explore what “workplace fairness” is, why it matters, and its inextricable relationship with workplace systems, practices, and outcomes, including:

Fairness is the path to promoting the health and functioning of people and workplaces alike.

Fairness is the key to reducing conflict, enhancing engagement, improving productivity, increasing innovation, and mitigating reputational harm or legal liability. 

In our view, workplace psychological health and safety is all about fairness!
