Our Purpose

Workplace Fairness International (WFI) was founded in 2005 on the core principle of fairness.

At WFI, we believe that fairness is more than a value. It is a set of behaviours, a system, and a “way of life” for workplace participants.

Through over 20 years of applied research and fieldwork, we’ve developed frameworks, tools, and models to transform the way fairness, conflict, and culture are addressed at work.

Our business purpose is to help practitioners, executive leaders, and employees build fair workplaces that are high in trust and free from reasonably foreseeable harm caused by unfairness.

WFI believes that fairness and conflict are inextricably connected, impact trust, and are rooted in workplace culture.
